Service process
Five steps. No repair without your approval.

Submit the issue
Send us the model, where you bought it, a description, photos of both sides of the board, an AxeOS screenshot, the PSU used and any modifications.

Initial assessment
We work out whether it is configuration, firmware, cooling, power supply or board-level. Some issues are resolved remotely.

Send your device
When inspection is needed we share shipping instructions. Do not send the PSU, enclosure or accessories unless asked.

Diagnosis & quotation
You get the fault, recommended repair, estimated cost, parts required and any limitations or risks.

Repair & testing
Repairs are tested under sustained mining load before the unit is returned.

Cost depends on the fault, parts and time. The diagnostic fee is adjusted against the final bill when a quote is approved.

Before you send
Record your configuration first — diagnosis may reset the device, reflash firmware or clear Wi-Fi and pool settings. Pack in an anti-static bag with padding and a rigid box. Return shipping is included in the quote.
