- Unit dead or materially defective on arrival.
- Failure of the included power supply.
Mining warranty
30-day limited hardware warranty for Bitaxe miners.
Repair first; replacement when repair is impractical; refund only when neither remedy is reasonable.
Not covered
- Incorrect or third-party PSU use.
- Physical damage, liquids, corrosion or conductive contamination.
- Unauthorised soldering or board repair.
- Unsupported firmware.
- Block rewards, pool payouts, uptime or profitability.
- Cosmetic wear and tear.
- Damage caused by over-clocking.
